5. Your Right to Cancel and Returns As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

If you wish to cancel or return a product, you must do so in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.

6. Liability If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, or are of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in accordance with our Returns Policy.
