Our UK Returns Promise
To bring you our curated collections, we partner with specialist suppliers from around the world. We understand that this might raise questions about returns.
That's why we have established a dedicated returns centre right here in the United Kingdom. You will never be asked to send an item back to an international address. This ensures your return process is simple, affordable, and fast. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Our Policy
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on items returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Let Us Know Please email our support team at contact@Velvoro.store
with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the new size or item you would like.
Step 2: Package Your Item(s) Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original box or a secure alternative. Please include your original order invoice or a note with your name and order number to help us process your return quickly.
Refunds If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will dispatch your new item. We will cover the shipping cost for sending out your new exchanged item.
Faulty Items In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact@Velvoro.store
with your order number and photos of the fault. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days to return a faulty item for a full refund. For faulty items, we will cover the cost of the return postage.
