Understanding Our Delivery Timescale

To bring you our curated collections, we partner with specialist suppliers. Our delivery timescale is therefore composed of two stages:

Order Processing Time (1–3 working days): Once you place an order, our partners carefully prepare and dispatch your items. This takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
International Shipping Time (5–10 working days): After dispatch, your order is shipped to the UK. This part of the journey is fully tracked.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs and Import Duties

Shop with confidence: there will be no surprise fees.

All prices on our website are inclusive of UK VAT. For all orders delivered to a UK address, any applicable import duties or taxes are covered by Velvoro. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
